1. Service Description
Yoxon is an AI-powered CV tailoring tool operated by Yoxon Dev LLC, a Wyoming-registered company. The service rewrites your CV to match a target job description using AI and delivers downloadable output as PDF and DOCX files (cover letters as DOCX only), bundled in a ZIP archive. One $12.99 payment provides Full Studio Access: each application kit produces two tailored CVs — one per job description — plus the included cover letters and interview prep. If you sign in with your purchase email, Full Studio Access remains available for 30 days; temporary access without signing in remains available for 24 hours. Use of the service is subject to reasonable technical and rate limits.
2. Payments
Yoxon offers a single one-time purchase, Full Studio Access, at $12.99. Payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe. All sales are final — due to the digital and instant nature of the service, refunds are not offered once CV generation has been completed.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use Yoxon only for lawful job application purposes. You may not use the service to generate fraudulent CVs, misrepresent qualifications, or submit applications with false information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the CV content you input.
4. Intellectual Property
The CV output generated by Yoxon belongs to you. The Yoxon platform, brand, UI, and underlying code are the property of Yoxon Dev LLC and may not be copied or reproduced.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Yoxon is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that using a Yoxon-tailored CV will result in a job interview or offer. AI-generated output may contain errors — always review your CV before submitting it.
6. Limitation of Liability
Yoxon Dev LLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
